To help us organize content and prepare the newspaper efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

Written Content

Please submit written content as:

• Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• PDF (.pdf)

Do not send screenshots of text, photos of printed pages, or content embedded inside images.

Please include:

• Your name
• Phone number or email address
• A title for your submission
• Any photo captions if applicable

Photos & Artwork

Please submit images as:

• JPG (.jpg)
• PNG (.png)

For best results:

• Use original, high-resolution photos whenever possible.
• Avoid screenshots.
• Avoid heavily cropped or blurry images.
• Children’s artwork may be scanned or photographed in good lighting.

Recipes

Please include:

• Recipe title
• Ingredient list
• Directions
• Your name
• Optional photo of the finished dish

Community Announcements

Please include:

• Event name
• Date and time
• Location
• Brief description
• Contact information
